When cleansing the face, always do this in a downward scrubbing motion. Also, avoid leaning your chin or cheek on the hand, as it stretches the skin involved in that position. When drinking, it be advised to drink directly from the glass rather than sipping from the straw. The last tip is avoid any unnecessary squinting of the eyes.
